Community Boards needs and values your support in continuing our mission to help San Francisco communities and residents build the strength, skills and resources needed to resolve their conflicts peacefully. With your participation, Community Boards can keep peacemaking a viable alternative for those in need. You can make a difference for a better San Francisco.

1) DIRECT DONATION

2) KARMAWELL ONLINE SHOPPING
Everyone shops online, whether it’s Amazon, Target, Bestbuy, Priceline, or Groupon.  Now earn money for Community Boards every time you shop with KarmaWell. 

KarmaWell is a special app that makes you mini-fundraiser for Community Boards.  With every purchase you make, KarmaWell automatically donates a percentage of the sale.

KarmaWell currently has 850+ retailers, with more recruited daily.  They’ve made it easy, too.  Shopping for something specific? KarmaWell lists its retailers by products and services.  Randomly shopping?  The KarmaWell icon appears at supporting websites. The icon also shows the percentage of your purchase will be donated.  Who knew making donations could be so easy? Talk about win-win resolutions!

Here’s what to do:

  1. Get the Community Boards’ KarmaWell app here:  KarmaWell Welcome Page.  (KarmaWell currently doesn’t work with Chrome.)
  2. Follow the easy instructions to install & setup the KarmaWell shopping app to your computer.  After restarting your browser, you’re automatically prompted register with KarmaWell.  (Don’t worry – KarmaWell has not reconfigured your IPS homepage settings!)
  3. KarmaWell recommends registering via your Facebook account.  Joining KarmaWell won’t appear on your news feed – your privacy is protected.  But if you do, you’re given the opportunity to share info about KarmaWell with your Facebook friends.  This also adds your Facebook photo to CB’s KarmaWell page.
  4. Once registered, you can start shopping at any time. So whether you’re buying shoes or power tools, dog food or books, your purchases are providing valuable support for Community Boards.
