Community Boards is offering two conflict coaching trainings this fall: Conflict Coaching 101 on November 4-5 and Intermediate Conflict Coaching on December 3. Conflict coaching provides unique and valuable tools for expanding one’s professional skill sets.
Conflict coaching is structured as one-to-one sessions where the coach assists her/his client to address specific conflicts and to learn some basic skills and tools to engage in, manage, and productively resolve them. In one sense, the role of the conflict coach is a combination of personal consultant, supporter, advisor, motivator, and trainer.
Both trainings will be led by Betsy Zeger and Cordell Wesselink, who are experienced conflict coaches and accomplished trainers.
